No doctor–patient relationship through this site

Using this website, submitting a form, or taking a quiz does not create a doctor–patient relationship and does not guarantee an appointment or treatment. A relationship is established only after you are evaluated and accepted as a patient by one of our providers. Appointment requests are not confirmed until we contact you. Treatment and eligibility for any program — including hormone therapy and GLP-1 weight loss — are determined by your provider, and insurance coverage estimates are not guaranteed.

Services and telehealth

Our in-person and virtual services are available where our providers are licensed, currently including Virginia and Florida. Virtual visits are subject to applicable telehealth laws and may not be appropriate for every condition.
